1. Ing. Martin Horák (ID: 87968002, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") operates the website for the purpose of promoting its own services.

2. Personal data obtained when ordering services is protected by the Operator in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll., the Act on the Processing of Personal Data, as amended.

3. The Operator reserves the right to limit the operation of the website for the period of necessary maintenance which will be done preferably at night between 0:00 and 04:00 in order to minimise the impact on the users of the website.
